Welcome to Integrity Equity LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.sellhomegetequity.com (the "Site") and any SMS/text messaging communications ("Messaging Program") offered by us. By accessing the Site, opting into our Messaging Program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or opt into our Messaging Program.
1. Overview
Integrity Equity LLC provides real estate services connecting homeowners with solutions to sell their property and access their home equity. As part of our services, we offer an SMS text messaging program that allows users to receive property inquiry follow-ups, appointment reminders, offer updates, and related account notifications.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P)
2.1 Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting the lead form on our website, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Integrity Equity LLC related to your property inquiry, including follow-ups, appointment scheduling, offer updates, and account notifications.
2.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, following up on a submitted lead or scheduling an appointment). You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
2.3 Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Integrity Equity LLC does not charge for messages sent, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
2.4 Opt-In
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt in by submitting your phone number through the lead form on www.sellhomegetequity.com and checking the consent checkbox to receive text messages.
2.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

2.7 Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers.
2.8 Privacy
Your phone number and information collected through the Messaging Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or Messaging Program. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the mobile number you provide belongs to you.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Site or Messaging Program for any unlawful purpose
Provide a phone number that is not your own without authorization
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or fraudulent content
Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Integrity Equity LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE SITE AND MESSAGING PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED ERROR-FREE, ON TIME, OR AT ALL, AS DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO EFFECTIVE TRANSMISSION FROM YOUR MOBILE CARRIER.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Integrity Equity LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR MESSAGING PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Integrity Equity LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Messaging Program.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Messaging Program at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Messaging Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
